2. Size Exchange

If you have received an incorrect size or the purchased size does not fit, you may request a size exchange at any I Sports Cricket store location within 24 hours of receiving the order, subject to availability.

The product must be:

* Unused and unworn.
* In its original condition.
* With all original tags, packaging, labels, and accessories intact.
* Free from any signs of damage, alteration, washing, or use.
* Accompanied by the original order confirmation/invoice.

All size exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by the I Sports Cricket team. The exchange will be determined by our team once the product has been received and inspected to confirm that it is in its original, unused and undamaged condition.

If the exchange is approved, the product will be exchanged for the required size, subject to stock availability.

Refund in Case of Unavailability

If the requested replacement size or product is not available in stock for any reason, I Sports Cricket will provide a refund for the applicable product, subject to verification and approval of the exchange request.

Refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method used for the original purchase, subject to the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider.

3. Damaged or Manufacturing Defect

If you receive a product that is damaged or has an apparent manufacturing defect, please contact us and present the product at an I Sports Cricket store location within 24 hours of receiving the order.

The product must remain:

* Unused and unworn.
* In its original condition.
* With all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Our team will inspect the product to determine whether the issue is a genuine manufacturing defect or damage attributable to delivery/handling.

Where a product is confirmed to be defective or damaged, I Sports Cricket will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection laws, which may include repair, replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.

If a replacement product or size is not available in stock, a refund may be provided.

4. Products Not Eligible for Exchange

An exchange will not be accepted where the product has been:

* Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
* Returned without its original packaging, tags, or accessories where these are required for verification.
* Damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
* Presented after the applicable 24-hour notification period, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

5. How to Request an Exchange or Report a Defect

For any size exchange or product defect/damage claim, please visit any I Sports Cricket store with:

1. The product.
2. Your original order confirmation/invoice.
3. The original packaging, tags, and accessories, where applicable.

Our store team will verify the order and inspect the product before processing the request.

6. Refunds

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or other non-defect-related reasons.

Where an exchange or replacement is approved but the required product or size is not available in stock for any reason, a refund may be processed for the applicable item.

Any refund relating to a damaged or manufacturing-defect product will be handled in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
